FROM THE JOBSITE TO THE OFFICE

Less chasing paperwork.
More visibility into the work.

Capture the details while they are fresh, route completed forms for review, and keep the supporting evidence together.

01 / FIELD WORK

Make the daily forms easier.

FLRAs, formal hazard assessments, JSA / JHA forms, toolbox talks, inspections, vehicle checks, incident and near-miss reports, and corrective actions.

Save a draft, resume it later, and attach photos or PDFs to support the record.

02 / RISK & CONTROL

Show how risk is controlled.

A 5 × 5 risk matrix records likelihood and severity before and after controls. Structured prompts cover hazards, PPE, weather and task conditions.

High residual risks require additional controls and approval details; critical residual risk blocks form completion.

03 / APPROVALS

Know when work is released.

Completed forms move into a review inbox. Workers can see received, changes-required and signed statuses, with date and time stamps.

The job/day work release is separate from saving a form. Site safety representative review is supported where required.

04 / PEOPLE

Keep worker documents together.

Invitation-based onboarding collects worker details, acknowledgements and supporting documents. Store training certificates and track expiry dates.

Warnings highlight certificates expiring within 90 days, helping you plan renewals before they become a site-access issue.

05 / FIELD CONNECTIVITY

Keep drafting when service drops.

Save forms on the device and sync when connectivity returns. Saved drafts can be resumed, and sync conflicts are flagged for review.

Offline saving is not submission or approval. Connect to confirm receipt and a current signed release before starting work.

06 / EVIDENCE

Prepare a useful audit package.

Filter records by date and section, print reports or save them as PDFs, and export a package with records, the manual, certificates and supporting evidence.

Readiness checks highlight documentation gaps and open actions for follow-up.

SOFTWARE, WITH SOMEONE BEHIND IT

Your safety system.
Support from Rorbec.

Want help keeping it organized? Discuss a managed service where Kody supports your documentation and administration through access you authorize.

Start with a walkthrough of your work, crew and site requirements. We agree on the responsibilities, review process and ongoing support before setting up a company-specific system.

Choose the support you need

  • Company manual and form setup around your actual operations
  • Worker onboarding and document organization
  • Record review and missing-information follow-up
  • Certification renewal tracking and corrective-action follow-up
  • Management reporting and audit evidence preparation
  • Help adapting documentation to a client or site’s requirements

Client access and management permissions are configured during onboarding. Your workers use their own authorized access; shared passwords are not the service model.

CONTROLLED ACCESS & ACCOUNTABILITY

Access for the people
who need it.

Sign-in and invitations

Management signs in to protected records. Workers join through invitations rather than a public link to company information.

Permissions with a purpose

The app includes worker, safety administrator and temporary read-only auditor roles. Management configures and revokes access as needed.

Recorded decisions

Review history, time-stamped sign-offs and activity records help show who acted and when. Submitted forms are locked during review; corrections follow a controlled process.

Support on your terms

For a managed service, agree on Rorbec’s access and duties in advance. Company-specific setup and permission checks form part of onboarding before use.

BUILD THE HABIT. KEEP THE EVIDENCE.

Prepare for the next
level of work.

Organized documentation helps you explain your safety process to customers, prime contractors and auditors. Pair the app with a manual and daily practices that reflect what your company actually does.

SECOR evidence preparation

The current app organizes structured evidence around ACSA SECOR audit elements and highlights readiness gaps. Discuss your applicable COR / SECOR program during setup.

Industrial and site workflows

Explore task-specific JSA / JHA records and site representative review. Confirm the required permits, forms and approval process with each site before work begins.

The app supports your safety program; certification and site acceptance depend on the applicable evaluation and requirements. It does not replace field supervision or site-required permits.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few practical questions.

Can Rorbec help manage our system for us?
